NDCDEA Employees Association Scholarship

The North Dakota Conservation District Employees Association (NDCDEA) established a scholarship for high school and college students interested in pursuing conservation education. The scholarship is open to high school seniors and college students who are residents of North Dakota and intend to or are currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in agricultural/natural resource management/environmental or related field at a two or four-year university in the state of North Dakota. McIntosh County Scholarship Award Winners

The McIntosh County Scholarship Award is an opportunity for area students to share their knowledge of Conservation with the chance to be awarded $500 scholarship. It is judged upon a specific topic chosen by the Board of Supervisors and credited on set criteria (100 pts): no more than 500 words, correct topic, spelling & grammar, typed and double spaced, proper punctuation, essay format, creativity & knowledge of topic and work cited/references.  Students are notified of the scholarship opportunity in the fall of their Senior year then is judged and awarded to the student in April. The Scholarship award is then presented to the student during their High School graduation ceremony.
